  1. I believe that many people in the Northern United States — especially in its large cities — consider themselves "superior" to people living in the South. Northerners tend to believe that they are better educated and wiser than Southerners.

    On the other hand, Southerners tend to be friendlier than Northerners, as they prefer to live a slower-paced lifestyle, rather than living in the fast-paced "rat race" in which they view Northerners.
